| Bay-O-Wolf Corporation was formed in the year 1999, by President J.A. Michal.
Her extensive background in training and development made her want to form a
company based on the foundation that the STUDENT came first. Her ability
to quickly analyze and provide in-depth information to end-users quickly
endeared her to her students and the companies for which they worked. J.A.'s
versatile background includes many deployments in both the training and
hardware/software arenas, that has provided her with a end-to-end background in
the Computing field. She is a hands-on executive with the ability to
mentor anyone on her staff. Starting in the late 90's a trend arose among Corporate America that didn't see the value in providing training on Office products, yet there was and is a bewilderment as to why employees weren't and aren't producing the results they expect. When the issue of training arises, many corporate executives state that the employees should all ready have this information, when in truth most end-users 'get by' and don't know or even realize that there are automated features that could make their work more efficient and productive. Bay-O-Wolf Corporation can quickly analyze where you employees skill-sets are and get you to a more efficient and organized state in a results-driven fashion. We specialize in customizing training needs to only provide you with the topics that are important to run the business operations and none of the 'basket-weaving' classes just to fill the time. Bay-O-Wolf has provided technical writing skills to numerous organizations in a number of different areas of endeavor. It's staff looks to J.A.'s leadership as a baseline for how documentation needs to be created, templated, automated where applicable, sorted, and stored in small to large organizations in a manner that will benefit the individuals who have to access and obtain information from these types of pieces. Proper documentation can provide corporations with the metrics they need to meet their business objectives. The corporation expanded when it took an interest in the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) methodology when it was introduced into the Americas and quickly saw the benefit to an 'business requirements' line of thought to IT infrastructure management. ITIL provides the gap that Project Management, Six Sigma and other methodologies lack, in handling the Changes to the environment in an organized and documented fashion. Bay-O-Wolf will continually strive to be a leader in Training, Consulting and Documentation within the Computer industry
